Privacy policy

Vegas AC Match ("we") runs this website to introduce homeowners in the Las Vegas area to heating and air conditioning companies. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in our form we collect your first name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give about your request (what is wrong, your area, how soon you need help, and the type of home). We also record the page you submitted from and the time. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We share your form answers and contact details with up to two heating and air conditioning companies so they can contact you about your request. By submitting the form you agree to be contacted by those companies and by us by phone, text message, or email. You can tell any of them to stop at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details to anyone other than the companies we introduce you to, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Opting out

Nevada law lets you ask us not to sell your information. Sharing your form answers with a heating and air conditioning company you asked to hear from is the one way we use your details for payment. To opt out of that, or to withdraw consent after you have submitted the form, email [email protected] with "opt out" in the subject line and we will respond within 60 days as Nevada requires.

Your choices
